Lets starts with a present time then go back to when I was there:
Renovated stadium.
They even get rules!!!
No Entrance to the Stadium:
-with cigaret
-with chewing gum-with alcoholic beverages
-with roller blades and bicycles
When I lived there:
This was my track & field...field stadium.
Rules:
Leave shoes in the grass at your own risk.

I can't ready Russian...but those pictures on the sign are universal! Bikes with X's across them look the same here & there.
