Free Flowin Fridayz ***1 YEAR***

1 year=52 weeks=365 days

That is quite a long time.
(although I must say it has gone by a bit more quickly than I'd imagined...)

A period of time in which so much has happened for some, while very little has happened for others. We have all graduated Emory (with our 2010 friends graduating in about 6 weeks or so). Some of us have moved on to graduate schools or full time jobs or will be starting one or the other in the near future, while others have not. Regardless of our differences in pace on life's roller coaster, we have all maintained some form of contact with each other through this blog, through facebook, phone calls, text messages, as well as AIM and Skype. To me that right there is an accomplishment in itself. One of my greatest worries with graduation coming up is how well I would be able to maintain X, Y, and Z friendships. So far the relationships I care about the most have been maintained as if I'd never been in Atlanta (minus the face to face aspect of it).

I think another thing we all share is the sense of personal growth and development we have undertaken. Some of us have developed as individual medical school students. Others through full-time jobs and graduate school applications and still other through the day to day struggles of life and the obstacles being thrown in our way. Some of us are succeeding every day as we survive another day of class or work, while others still are struggling to attain their goals. But through it all I feel like no matter what we are still there for each other. If stressed, or in need of a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen, a hand to hold, a way to vent--I feel that I have 3, 4, 5,......more people I can rely on for different things. For that I am grateful.

Thank you.

I leave you all with this to think on:

The UnCut

This week has been hectic. I am about to join the ranks of ppl who don't go to class more often than not. But that also means staring at a computer & trying to focus on listening to a lecture when there are so much more interesting things to do like do a blog post. Don't worry, this one was sort of planned.

Treize recorded a track...maybe for his (too) long-awaited project. I remember I sent him like 3 tracks and got back 1! It was cool though b/c he got no shine on that one...not after my verse(s). You know what I'm talking about. Geden is bringing up mixtape ideas, I support that. I need to think of more ways to improve from the last (besides quality & skill which have steadily shown improvement in solo projects by myself & HS).

So this block that I'm in right now. It is all about Neurology. Last year, the course was spread over 10 wks and a lot of ppl struggled. This year, we get 5 wks!!!! Ummm, I feel....like I shouldn't offer to many words on what I think about it. Only these, I will mature, endure, get a grip on this material, and secure :-)
I booked a flight ticket that I can't pay for! Not good! I will worry about that in the coming weeks...if I even have time to think.

Song(s) of the Day

...and the song that was sampled.

Caribou - Swim

I watched this video and I liked the music so I decided to get the album that it was on. It's a good listen. I enjoy it. You can just press play and it takes you on a sonic ride. I might be in a minority though. It's not for everybody.

Spring Week Catch Up

So as the Spring semester flies and I continue my path to my MS/MD degree. This semester has really been filled with learning the process of research and how before you even start your research you must go through several different channels in order to make sure everybody is on the same page and they know what you are doing. My research advisor is pretty cool! we have weekly meetings and some how he finds a way to buy my food once a week. That is pretty cool to me ;). So right now we are working on inputing my survey into the computer in order to begin the process of analyzing data. We are working wwith a program called SPSS which takes 16 cds to place on any computer. Can't wait to get my final IRB approval so I can legally start collecting data.
The spring has been pretty fun because I finally got the chance to start my preceptor with a local Doctor and my faculty advisor. On Wednesdays from 9-12 I see patients with Dr. Lee and Neighborhood Health Services. Dr. Lee is developing to be a mentor to me because he is so down to earth and willing to give. He has giving me so many interesting tidbits on the medicine and what field I should go ino. This is one of my best experience so far. Then on Thurs afternoon I go with my research advisor from 12-5 to a rural city about an hour out of Tallahassee. This is always a great experience because I get to talk and joke around with my research professor .
Next is my class, you can tell from the last post that I am having a great time being the teacher for the class. The kids are pretty cool and the experience is awesome. They have their Respiratory section test this week. Not planning on making this test too hard this time.
This week I'm driving up with a friend to Atlanta from Wednesday to Sunday. IYM you will be receiving a call! Look for it.
Also, this Summer I really want us to start putting together WTP 2nd Mixtape to be called Gaining the Tools. So I will be creating a post so we can choose the beats we want to use.

The UnCut

So the current block I'm in is and will be the hardest of this academic year. The set up for it is ridiculous, even our teacher(s) are feeling for us. I will find a way to endure it. Its only 5 wks, I think I can manage (although I'm sure it will bring about a lot of stress and frustration). But if you're not facing a challenge....then what are you doing?

I'm still looking for a car. It seems that it won't happen until this summer. The problem with that is I have to get around the city b/c I must get some immunizations done (among other things) but Charleston does have cab services. I can utilize that.

I still continue to expect less, sometimes nothing. Although 1 person did allow me to expect from them.....and that person let me down. Another person steadily avoids the responsibility. Accept or decline, but never attempt to avoid choosing. That makes you a ****** (you use your own term). I must be careful, I'm noticing a gap developing in a friendship. It always disturbed me how people can appreciate something you give them with ONLY words. Like, shouldn't they eventually be motivated to go beyond that. I'm not really talking about a specific person, more a combination of the actions taken towards me.

But with all that, life is good b/c I'm alive and moving forward towards my present (the future never actually exists). Have a good day, blog to you later!

Review: T.H.E. 2

As was get to experience the hidden emotions for the 2nd time, it is clear that as he has experienced certain feelings there has also been growth in his craft of (lyrically) presenting them. While the emotions/thoughts/perspectives offered in this one are not as dire as those of the 1st, they are must more well-rounded and consistant with what you would exect any young person involved in relationships and soul searching to experience.

The 3 most notable changes can be found in the delivery, quality, and (surprisingly) lyrics. The improvement in delivery was expected. The quality of the sound is expected as we all become more familiar and savvy with the software used. The lyrics, unlike the 1st time around, were well rounded. Instead of only being dominated by just a few depressing emotions, there was a collage of in depth thoughts/feelings/emotions. The content was also focused on the artist more as well as being more inclusive to the listener.

The high points for me were definitely 6 minutes and I Keep Walking. Unfortunately, the EP ended on a low point as Feel It and the Last One fell short of impressing. They were not "up to par" with the rest of the songs. A disappointing ending to what was an impressive collection of songs. The re-visited tracks were better quality than the originals but the EP gets no credit for material we've heard previously.

Overall, the Hidden Soul deserved to pat himself on the back for sharing something that should get a lot of play on your Zune, Ipod, laptop, or whatever....good job.

Interesting

The world's only immortal animal

The turritopsis nutricula species of jellyfish may be the only animal in the world to have truly discovered the fountain of youth.

Since it is capable of cycling from a mature adult stage to an immature polyp stage and back again, there may be no natural limit to its life span. Scientists say the hydrozoan jellyfish is the only known animal that can repeatedly turn back the hands of time and revert to its polyp state (its first stage of life).

The key lies in a process called transdifferentiation, where one type of cell is transformed into another type of cell. Some animals can undergo limited transdifferentiation and regenerate organs, such as salamanders, which can regrow limbs. Turritopsi nutricula, on the other hand, can regenerate its entire body over and over again. Researchers are studying the jellyfish to discover how it is able to reverse its aging process.

Because they are able to bypass death, the number of individuals is spiking. They're now found in oceans around the globe rather than just in their native Caribbean waters. "We are looking at a worldwide silent invasion," says Dr. Maria Miglietta of the Smithsonian Tropical Marine Institute.

Free Flowin Fridayz (Week 51)

This week has flown by too fast, nothing of what I'd hoped to has been accomplished. Now it's really gettin down to the line...not fun, but we shall see how it goes.

Along with academic stresses I have recently gained the unwanted extra social stress mess I usual somehow manage to get myself in whenever I'm in Jax... It's not unmanageable it's just one of those little things that is always at the back of your mind and when your bored or trying to study it just sometime moves from the back to the front and you have a hard time making it go away. Like a fly that you can't swat and keeps buzzing and buzzing. Not too harmful, but distracting and annoying; especially if your brain is like mine and people in general interest you especially their actions and interactions. And then you just keep thinking about that stuff. haha, Sometimes I wonder what I would look like if I were a cartoon character. With my brain on overdrive and maybe steam coming off of it. hahaha. I love cartoons.

Testing- Week 4

This week was a pretty hectic week with FSU IRB, Department of Health IRB and Classroom stuff this week. First of all, this week brought me a lot of experience about the job of teacher. This week, I realize how much outside work goes into being a successful teacher. This week concluded our study of the Lymphatic and Immune System and I had to put together a test for the students with the Help of Angela. I had no idea that test took so long make. I think it took about 4 hours to put together the test that we gave the students. The test took so long because I tried my hardest to cover each important topic and making sure each question was clear and fair. This helped me gain a greater appreciation for teachers and the work they put in to their jobs.
Testing:
So during the test I noticed that certain students were going through the questions very quickly while others seem to struggle from the start and giving me funny looks as I stood at the front of the room. During the test one student pointed out that one of the questions were misleading due to the amount of blanks in the question. The student was correct and I decided not to make announcement to the class because I the question was clear and I didn’t perceive the multiple blanks to be a problem. All of the students finished the 40 question test well before the end of class and we decide to give them free time till their next class. As they talked Angela and I graded the test with anxious kids around us asking for their grades.
Results:
After going through the results, I was impressed with many of the students’ performance on the test. Two of the students got over hundred percent with the aid of extra credit points. To my Surprise two other students were able to get above 90% on the test. I wasn’t surprise at the grade but the students that reached this milestone. This made me very proud to actually know that I was truly making a difference to at least a couple of students. Overall, half of the class got above 80% and half of the class got below 80% but above 70%. So this is one of the areas we need to focus on, bring up the rest of the class above 80%.

so I've decided.

the Hidden Daily

I was recording and editing for the most part of the day. Making the covers took a lot of time as well.
I was unable to watch the Road yesterday and I tried to watch it today as well... same thing. It's creepy and made me uncomfortable. I did some reading and got back on skype.
I talked with my friend earlier. She's the most sarcastic person ever. Very annoying sometimes and I always let her know.
... I'll wait for the feedback on T.H.E. 2, I guess...
... or not.
I'm not sure what to do now. I feel empty which is good in a way. I can fill the emptiness with new experiences, new ideas, new concepts and try new things.
That's it for today. It's been a good one.

the Hidden Emotions Vol. 2

I'm done. These songs reflect what I felt from September to January. There was a big pause during that time though. I didn't feel like doing anything with this or doing anything with rapping at all. Well, I decided to finish and record what I had for this EP. It starts of with a very loud and aggressive song and moves on towards more positive. Basically it's about overcoming anger, forgiving yourself and those around, moving on no matter what. That's the basic idea. I tried to improve the overall sound and work more on my delivery and voice. Time for you to hear this and decide if I managed to improve, stayed the same or deteriorated.
Hope you enjoy this.
I uploaded to Usershare, Mediafire and Megaupload. At least one of them should work for everyone. Some of these websites have pop-up pages when you click download. Just close those pages and you'll see the Save option aka download window.

the Hidden Daily

I got up early today to go to the meeting. It went well until it was time to negotiate the terms. The other party's offer was too far from mine. I was like: ... not gonna happen.
I think my argument with my boss had an effect because he wanred us about certain things and changes the big bosses were introducing. He did it before and during the briefing as suggested. He said he didn't want the same thing happening as it happened with me... whatever. Anyways, everything went well and I left immediately. I had some time to record and edit some audios. Not enough time though.
I have to catch up with reading/studying. I'll do some tonight.
I asked someone out today. There were few exhibitions  I wanted to go to. It was rainy but we had an umbrella... ella...ella. I ran into Data who some of you know.
We had this asshole cab driver. I'd gladly punch his old face but I'm better than that.
I watched a few cartoons and animated videos today. Hope you like the ones I posted.
a lot of FB status started to talk about one of the local TVs trying to deceive and scare people. I don't watch TV so I had no idea what it was about. It appears as they said Russia attacked again and that the president might have already been killed... scaring the sh^t out of people. WTF?! I really want to watch that "news report" now. I was unable to do it on the web... I'm glad I didn't see it live though... neither did my family members. That's an EPIC fail... however... I'm not as concerned as I should be. I don't care. People shouldn't wait for something like this to realize that watching news means receiving unreliable, biased and deceiving information. It's hard not to believe it when the matter is so important and risky but people need to check for themselves.

I downloaded the Road and I'll watch that.

Update: Wow. I watched the report. I could only take about 10 minutes. That was messed up. They did say it was just an imitation at the beginning but that doesn't mean anything, that's a few seconds before someone switches to your channel. And the information was so shocking that people wouldn't pay attention to the footage that was old and the date that said June 7. Whatever. That was stupidity at its worst... offensive too. The scenario was so f@cked up.

Free Flowin Fridayz (Week 50)

I have been uuuuuber procrastinating since after my exam on Wednesday. It feels bleh. I dunno. Like I really NEEEEEEED to be doing something, but I've gotten to see friends today and I am going wedding dress shopping with my high school friend who is getting married in May. So my tomorrow is pretty much ful and I work 12-8:30 on Sunday. So no studying will really be done on that day. Monday is reserved for studying. Tuesday I have studying mixed in with errands and other crap and that night I am going out with a friend and on Wed it is mostly studying except for the half I have to stay at home and weight for ppl to fix our A/C unit. The the library is closed on Thursday and friday cuz it's spring break. So 2 of my friends are going to come with me to help me try and find a dress to wear to my friend's wedding in May. It's a beach wedding so none of my really long dresses will work and my other 2 shorter ones probably not since she's seen one on me from waaaay before and the other one I just wore to my friend's wedding in December.

I really don't like shopping for myself. I am sooo picky people usually get annoyed and hate it. I annoy myself sometimes cuz nothing ever fits the way I want it to or nothing catches my eye. My 2 volunteers consist of 1 female and 1 male. The girl is pretty confident she can handle shopping with me and they guy says it's cool as long as he gets to see what I try on...hmm kinda awkward for me since first of all...not many guys are ok with shopping. only ever really been shopping in the past with 3 other guys who really LIKED shopping. And trying on dresses is already annoying let alone modeling it for a guy. uhhh yeah should be an interesting...adventure? lol. A friend says it's good to have a guy's opinion sometimes when shopping, uhh not sure. maybe? maybe not...we shall see I guess. I haven't known him too long or all that well, which adds to the overall interestingness of the situation, but if he can actually put up with a day's worth of shopping with me he deserves a medal. Especially since this is DRESS shopping. ugh. Can you tell I am kinda dreading this...? haha

Exciting news is that it seems that the whole first week of April I have the house to myself because all my family members are going to NJ. I am PRRAAAYING that I can really get it together and squeeze a lot of studying in. Mom expects me to because instead of her going to see grandma by herself she is taking the kids AND she convinced my dad to go too. Ohhh sounds like a recipe for a HOUSE PARTY. lol. Or at least a lot of study parties or long study nights. Hopefully I can make it happen. PRAYING. I reaaaallyl need to up it that week or else I am beyond screwed...here's hopin.

the Hidden Daily

The day at work was similar to yesterday. I spent most of the time outside the office. I went to one of the advertising companies, I went to the bank and made my first student loan payment... the credit officer that takes care of my loan had a day off. Someone else had a meeting with me. She was very cute. I didn't want to leave the bank and asked for some extra information I already knew. :)
I also went to the Ministry of Finance to submit some documents.
I got to leave early though. That's good. I went home for some time.
There was a networking evening for former exchange students and some of my friends were there. We were at a mexican restaurant up the street from me, right around the corner but I had never been there until today, The food was very good. I had a lot of fun. It was very hard to stop laughing at one point.
Then three of us went to the same ice-cream parlor I went to a few days ago to see our friend.
Now, I'm back home... The day was interesting. It had its good moments and awkward ones too. I was tempted to get very sarcastic at one point but I resisted. I'd be very harsh.
I have a meeting tomorrow morning and that sucks.
I have a few other plans as well and I'll try to make them happen.

Watching TV was my favorite thing to do. Not anymore.
I'd rather...
Today:
It was a busy day. I had so much to do and so many places to be at... but It went smoothly. I'm also glad I got to take a walk because several places were too close to eachother to take a cab or a bus.. Speaking of busses; it was cool to get on the bus today and hear Aerosmith - Crazy. At first I thought somene was listenng to it on their cellphone but then I looked up at it was playing on the bus and they even showed the video to it. Such a throw-back song. I liked it as a little kid. It's kinda hard to resist watching Liv Tyler in that video... They also played Bon Jovi and other similar irrelevant bands. It was funny.
When I got back to office we took a music break. Some couldn't even resist to dance. I made a few moves too but I was too busy with drinking tea and eating chocolate.
I got a few advices which I'm happy about. They were definitely needed.
I'm listening to...
the cover sucks but the content is pretty good. You can download it here.

the Hidden Daily

Another day... another day.
I went to see two of my friends last night. They were at an ice-cream parlor nearby. It was really, really good to see them (not just because one of them might be reading this :) ). I needed that 'cause I was in a bad mood. That helped me to relax and be silly.
It was windy today but sun came out. Too bad I didn't have my shades with me.
I had plenty of things to do but not everything worked out.
Our former co-worker came over to see us today. We talked for a bit but he had to leave soon.
We're spreading some of our operations to another city; Batumi. I got a call from there today asking me to arrange something for them there. I found the contact information they needed, now they have to actually meet up and see what can be done. It was a little annoying to do that because I had no idea what the situation was there exactly.
I had great food today. I'm very glad about it.
I'm happy and sad all at the same time right now. One of my friends had great news to share while my other friend lost grandfather.
I listened to Kid Cudi - Pursuit of Happiness a lot.
Right now it's Noah and the Whale - Shape Of My Heart.

I watched LOST of course. The previous episode was better but this one was also great. I was kept in suspense. :)
That is all... for today.

Kid Cudi - Pursuit of Happiness

I didn't know there was a video for this track. 2 videos for that matter. I definitely like the 2nd version more so I'll start with it. The song is of course great. I don't know about you but I like it. Especially now with this video.

the Hidden Daily

The day went buy slowly. It was cloudy and chilly today but I didn't have to move around a lot so it was ok. I'll have to travel all around Tbilisi tomorrow though but that will be even better.
I downloaded Everything is Illuminated by Johnathan Safran Foer today. I'm not gonna read (...well, listen since it's and audio book again) until I finish EL&IC but, I got it anyways. I think I'll like it since I like the one I'm reading now. There's a movie made to this book as well with the same title (for those who can access my FB album, it's from that movie).
I had an argument at work. I didn't raise my voice but I was told to calm down which always pisses me off more. It was not a hostile argument but I had to say what I thought about some of the changes introduced at work (especially, when I wasn't notified about them until the last minute).
anyways... feels good to vent but I'll stop here.
I exchanged a few FB messages today with a few of my friends. That was my interaction with anyone outside work.
I'm about to get some food now.
Enjoy the song of the day

[Murs:]
I heard the rumors and the myths
Does she really exist?
Qualities to qualify
Man, I've got a whole list
Whispers in the hallways
Missing her always
Talking to myself
I don't care what y'all say
Fantasy phantom
This is your anthem
My mystery madame
Disappearing at random
A band on the finger
Heard it traps the ghost
But she never lingers long enough
For me to come close
When I catch miss perfect
I'm gonna give her that ring
But friends keep telling me
There's no such thing
But...
Forget material girls
I need a paranormal chick
From an ethereal world
Thought I saw one once
And I just couldn't deal
How could I commit when I know she's not real.
Standing by the sea
With my ghost in the shell
Your flesh is flawed and I know this well... so
I must make my decision
Passing up the real deal
Waiting on an apparition
And one day soon I'm gonna get it together
Because I can't leave this night light on forever.

The Uncut

We are 3 months into 2010 already! Time really goes fast, right? My 1st year is not too far from being over. I am a bit behind but I'll worry about that when I start getting emails about it. I am supposed to be doing a group project but our group hasn't done any communicating thus far. I hope I'm not going to have to be the one who gathers us together b/c I don't particularly care for the assignment we are supposed to do. I don't think it is very relevant.

A friend of mine says she is no longer taking my advice when it comes to dealing with relationships. That's cool, I still think I was giving good advice.

What else? Ooh, that tax return should be coming soon! People have been talking for weeks about what they plan to do with theirs. For mine, I don't know. Whatever I use it for, should be something productive or bring joy to myself and others as well.

I got a Valentine's Day card! It was mailed to me and I don't check my mailbox so I actually realized I had it like 2 days ago. Better late than never! I got a phone call and seems that I am missed, awwww ;-) Always good to know someone misses you being around.

Now that the Carolina Panthers cut their quarterback, I'm interested to see if they will be aggressive and get someone that's good to join the team (through trade). There is no salary cap for this upcoming season. Oh, and I do think Mike Vick would be a good fit.

The day was really good. I am done with T.H.E. 2... I still got something to record but the main thing is done, all the tracks are there. My parents were gone for the most of the day so I could record. It took me awhile to set up everything right. I'm not satisfied with how everything sounds but I like the imperfections.
I watched the Man Who Stare at Goats today. I liked it, it's funny and silly. Definitely a good watch...
I also watched Adam. This one; I loved. Great movie. I enjoyed every second of it. I've just finished watching it. It's one of those movies that will make you watch the ending titles too.
I will leave you with some songs from the movie.

the Hidden Daily: weekend

The weekend was great.
I've been listening to a lot of music, mostly Mayer Hawthorne, I've been reading a lot too. I had stopped for a while but now I'm back at it. I'm continued to read One Hundred Years of Solitude, I'm reading A Brief History of Time and of course Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close...
Spent some time at work yesterday. Then I went to get a haircut, took a walk because the weather was really good. I chilled at home for a while, chatted with some of my friends on Skype, even took a nice nap and planned to go out. It didn't go as planned at all but I saw some of my favorite people and met new ones as well. It was really good considering the fact that I felt a little sad during the day. But that and getting to talk with PIC changed things to better.
It got really windy today. The forecast said there would be hurricane but that didn't happen. It's pretty nice outside right now. I just got back home.
My friend and I went to do some shopping. She helped me with picking cologne and shades for me, I also bought something for my mom. Then we walked a lot, got some food and went to see Alice in Wonderland with some of my friends. I saw so many familiar faces and ran into so many people I hadn't seen in a while. People from my college, from high school, just random places. It was funny.
I'm not impressed by the movie at all. It was alright, nothing special. Special FX were on point, that's all.
I got home for a little while, then my friends called me up and asked me if we could meet up which we did. We went to see our friends who happen to be husband and wife. Hung out there for a little while and now I'm back home talking with one of my favorite people.
March 8th is "Women's Day" over here. I can't believe it's a holiday but it is.

The UnCut

These pictures are really symbolic b/c I'm trying to build somethings for myself, relating to school of course. I need to have a nice cushion before we enter our 3rd block which the professors have admitted (going on a few weeks now) is going to be ridiculous. One professor...actually, too much detail to keep going.
A friend of mine from high school got into the medical school. That was great news! He earned it and we'll see what he chooses. I'm confident that he will have options.

My Spring Break is not too far away. I look forward to going home, being home, and enjoying home. After an interview (parent & CHILD!!), the father said I could be his child's doctor. I appreciated that compliment. My preceptors say (and I agree) that I'm doing better in "small group", not that I was ever doing bad...just noticeable improvement, maybe on my way close to Honors!

What else? I applied for the MUSC Presidential Scholars program. I'm not sure, but optimistic, that my recommendation will get there on time to be considered for a spot. It is open to all the health profession school so it is competitive.

It was so depressing to see UNC get torn to pieces by Duke. It really really depresses me. I was so hurt last night.....still hurts. We will bounce back though....just not this year (unless a miracle happens and they give John Henson more playing time and offensive opps). My team let me down and even one of my favorite people let me down. But, too much positive things going on in my world to be down.

For Yaz, follow the link and click the 1st option the says "summer opps...blah blah". You will know it when you see it. Identify that you want to be a faculty adviser.

Free Flowin Fridayz (Week 49)

The longer I am away from Emory and any real intellectual stimulation/conversation/aura, etc. The more my present addiction seems to get worse and worse.
And addictions to people are so hard to control. But if there is one thing I consider myself good at it is people and interacting with them, so hopefully this won't go awry.

Ugh. Failing once and getting up and moving on is one thing....Realizing that you are setting yourself up for failure a second time. A completely different thing. Not easy, but I see myself set on a the same course I was a year ago. Same goal in front of me. Same challenges I'm facing. Certain knowledge doesn't want to stick and the motivation is waning. I just don't see myself achieving the score I want. It just doesn't seem feasible. [don't even think it. STOP now, don't say it..the whole "I have faith in you...You can do it...You'll be fine" Ok scratch that the first one is ok depending on the context and person, but last time that was said to me. HA. the result was miserable. It was almost like me saying 'hahaha I told you so' What would be better than "you'll be fine" how about suggestions on improving? Whether I take them or not is a completely different story, but I will always listen.

In other news...a couple of weeks ago I got 2 random scratches and my bizarre skin reaction occurred again. It sucks cuz I have no idea why NOW when I get scratched these rxns occur, and the scars they leave behind are gross. And yesterday...my eyes started the preliminary stages of flaring up again. Some people around me, as well as myself, are starting to believe these allergic rxns are stress induced...very likely if you look at the mechanics and physiology of it.

Oh and how about I am getting sick and tired of reading emails saying "You are very qualified and your resume looks great, but unfortunately we do not have any open positions at this time." It's a great feeling to know your qualified, but after the 10th email...your kinda just like. Ok I know thank you very much for the compliment, but I kinda just need a job now.

the Hidden Daily

It was hard to separate my head from the pillow this morning but I managed.
Met a cousin of my friend at a bus stop. Chatted for a little while. The buses we were waiting for came at the same time. I enjoyed the ride. The bus I took almost had an accident but nothing happened which is good, although the driver who almost caused it did hit other car as he was driving away from the bus.
Not much going on at work today.
I'm chilling at home right now. I'm not in the best mood I can be in but I feel pretty good.
I'll have an interesting conversation with my boss at work tomorrow. There's something I'm not pleased with and I want to hear his opinion.
My friend and I planned to get together with our friends tomorrow and go to a bar. You and I will find out if that worked tomorrow :)
That would be it for today.
